Mutual Learning Encounters

  • When: April 2021-February 2022
  • Where: Online
  • What: PANELFIT project will organise a series of workshops, 14 in total, from April 2021 through February 2022, targeting data experts from both academia and industry, policy makers and a range of stakeholders within the privacy and (cyber)security fields. Following a Mutual Learning approach, they will aim at gathering feedback on the project’s outputs as well as to exchange information and experiences on topics such as data commercialisation, informed consent and security.

Forthcoming encounters:

Our following encounters (Nov – Dec 2021) are aimed at refining some of the main outcomes produced by the project:

  • The Citizens Info Pack, 22 Feb 2022, 15.00-17.00h CET. See further details.
  • The Guidelines on Data Protection Ethical and Legal Issues in ICT Research and Innovation, Online Version, 10th and 17th Feb 2022, 10.00- 11.00 am CET. This online version is an interactive tool aimed at helping researchers and innovators working in the ICT field in data protection issues. Therefore, we will be mainly looking for researchers and innovators within ICT, and will reward their participation by offering 60 euros per MLE (gross): participants are expected to attend the MLE (1 hour), understand how the tool works and try it, as well as to send us some feedback on their experience. Places will be limited to about 15 people per MLE.
